Consultations are by appointment, in person at our Scarborough office or by telephone or video. Tell us briefly what the matter concerns and whether you have received any dated document, and we will respond with next steps.

What to bring
You do not need everything on this list to book. Bring what you have.
- Every letter, notice, or decision you have received, with the envelope or the email it arrived in. The date of receipt often matters more than the contents.
- Passports and travel documents for everyone involved, including expired ones, and any Canadian status documents.
- Copies of anything already filed, whether by you or by a previous representative, including the forms as submitted.
- A timeline of your immigration history, even a rough one: entries, exits, applications, refusals, and any period without status.
- Any refusal from any country, ever. Including visa refusals unrelated to Canada. These have to be disclosed and are far better addressed than discovered.
If a deadline is running, say so when you book. Put the date in the enquiry form or say it on the telephone. We prioritise matters with a limitation period over everything else in the diary.
